Things To Know Before Your Appointment

Please:

• Arrive with no eye makeup and clean lashes.

• Only bring yourself to your appointment. *If childcare issues arise please contact your lash artist ahead of time.*

• Be aware that fills are required every 2-3 weeks. These fill appointments are important to keeping your extensions looking full. We will remove any grown lashes and replace with new lash extensions. *The fill appointments are shorter than your original full set lasting 45 minutes to 90 minutes.*

Cancellation Policy:

All appointments require a credit card to hold your appointment. 

Please give at least 24-hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment time. 

All late cancels are subject to a 50% service fee charge. No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you will need to reschedule and will be charged 50% of your service.
